Shipping & Returns
All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). All US shipping addresses are charged a $6.95 flat rate fee. All purchases are also given a tracking number for customers to be able to track their package's delivery date. Any orders placed before 1 PM CST Tuesday- Saturday are usually shipped same day! Most shipping and processing takes anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on the season. Not including holidays.
Please keep in mind that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays so any order placed Saturday through Monday will be processed in the order they were received on Tuesday morning.
IN-STORE AND ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Not completely in LOVE with your Simply Kate purchase? Not a problem! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase to fit your style, so we are here to help you with your returns.
ALL RETURNS IN PERSON OR ONLINE ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY
- All return items must be received to Simply Kate within 14 days from the date purchased with the receipt. (This is the same policy for in-store purchases as well.)
- Return items must be in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, and smoke and stain free) with all original tags attached.
- ALL JEWELRY, Bath, Sunglasses, Beaded Bags & Accessories, Hair Accessories and Hats, Gift Cards and discounted merchandise are all FINAL SALE. Sale items include flash sales, holiday specials, 12 days of Holideals, promotional sales using coupon codes, or any other type of discount. These items will not be accepted if returned. Black Friday sales and all merchandise sold during the sale that day will be FINAL sale!
- Any damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item(s). Again this means if the item is clothing, a report must be made prior to any wear. Tags must still be attached, no exceptions. Simply Kate will determine if the item is eligible for a damaged return and/ or refund.
- Any items returned that is not in compliance with our policy will be refused.
- We do not cancel any orders, so please make sure you are wanting to purchase.
- Customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges.
For exchanges please contact us regarding a different size or color you are interested in. Due to the orders going out each day we can not guarantee to exchange with the size after you ship back your order. Please contact us immediately so we can help!
HOLIDAY Return Policy:
Any purchases made from November 29, 2022 to December 24, 2022 will be eligible for returns through January 10, 2024. Items received after this date will NOT be accepted. ANY items purchased ON SALE or through promotions during this time period are FINAL SALE. Returns are still subject to the above policies and guidelines! Returns are still made in the form of store credit ONLY!
ALL HOLIDAY merchandise will ONLY be eligible for exchange of store credit or even exchange through 12/24/2024.
