Please understand that many of our items are selected in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability; their stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. Our inventory for our online shop is connected with our in store inventory. This means that we do our very best to pull orders as soon as we receive them; however, there may be occasions where something sells in store quicker than we can complete your order. In this case we sincerely apologize and will issue a refund on your card immediately. When an item featured is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner.
